Soooooooooo..... another day another issue. radiator fan will not shut off until the car is shut off. Its been doing this for the last week or so but now its starting to get aggrivating, to hear that humming noise all the time.
Does anyone know what might be causing this?.. (hopefully it will be an inexpensive fix)............ just to throw this out there my cooling system has been burped before when the heat was blowing cold and burping fixed that issue.. may that be the problem?... maybe the t-stat?....

Any sugestions would be appreciated

Relay contacts may be sticking. Swap or replace to confirm.
 
Have you datalogged your actual temps? If so and all was good, try swapping the fan relay with another. Other considerations are a stuck temp sensor on the coolant cross over tube, or a malfunctioning fan controller near the fan.

Yes the a/c is off.
Had a hectic week, I haven't had a chance to really get around to it. Sometime this week I plan on letting Ford glance at it. They owe me one so I'm gonna pull their card on this one.
