03-04 Grand Marquis headlights in good shape for someone looking to just replace theirs until they can find a decent set of Marauder ones $150 for the pair shipped lower 48

Do the headlights come with the dust cover cap on the rear? I know there are some variations in Marauder headlights.. if they come with the cap on the rear and if these headlights are still available, I would be interested in finding out more. thanks
