I would like to lower my car.

My first choice wpuld be eibachs with KYB shocks(good luck finding them), my second choice would be Eaton( see link above) there is a carcraft project panther that uses them and I've seen a former members car with them, it sits perfect., third would be to cut a coil

Maybe I should run water through the engine between oil changes, also. You know to make sure it is cleaned out?

I'm open for actual suggestions.

And why is that? Hundreds on here including myself will tell you it will be the best possible ride over lowered springs, which are discontinued thru eibach anyhow...

I haven't had any problems with my cut coils. Rides great, looks great. Gonna do it to my friends crown vic today!

Tell you what. I want raise my car back to stock. I'll trade you your uncut coils for my cut coils.

You could get the moog ones at rock auto, or the SPC ones from Tirerack, I would highly advise getting the aluminum cutting bit both companies offer, if you try to use something designed for steel, it will probably clog the bit.

I always run fresh cold water from my hose inbetween draining old oil and putting in new oil.

Just cut your coils. Save some $$$. Sooooo many Panther peeps have cut coils. I plan on using cut coils when the time comes for me to get up off my ass and do them.

I've never heard of such a thing. But if it works for you. That's cool. No way am I running water through my motor.

Guspech, lighten up...hes saying that cutting coils is a bad idea just like running water in place of oil.

I couldn't tell you about cutting coils, but i can tell you that i built a catch can that catches water and oil blowby...
