If I only had..

MMBLUE

BLUE WITH BOOST
This is happy and sad news for me.

While doing my normal cruising the local CL ads. I ran across an inconspicuous add for a MM hidden deep using keywords in the bowls of CL.

So, I text and eventually talk with the owner of said MM. He says he's the 2nd owner yada, yada, etc. about the car. I sound interested because I'm naturally interested and was trying to think of the best and or any way of possibly getting this car (pipe dreaming). I then ask them to send me the VIN to run it. All along ,this car is looking very familiar to me in the pictures in the ad.

Sure enough when I got the text back of the number, it's my first Blue MM.

I have kind of been following the where the car has been on and off and lost track of it 5 years ago. It was once for sale right after I bought the black one and couldn't afford both. Needless to say, it still looks fabulous and has just over 100K. Has been with this owner for the last 5 years and he has only put 15K or so on it. I didn't have the heart to tell him that I was the 2nd owner and he is the 4th.

Boy would I love to be the new 5th owner of that car again. Of those of you who know me, know that this sickens me to see this car up for sale and I can't buy it. :bigcry:

I am buying mine back in October. I begged the guy to sell it back and be patient waiting with me to get through my litigation. I miss it.

PM me the link. Maybe I can buy it and keep it in the fam.

Or, you can loan me the $ and I can pay you off.

I have debated putting the link out there. I know that if someone from here buys it, they won't part with it ever again.

There is only 150 or so of these left out there :bigcry:

I feel your pain, bro! I parted with a very special 1970 Torino GT with a 429CJ (with shaker hood, of course), 4spd, hide-away headlights, factory "competition yellow" paint with white bucket interior in the very late 90's. :o I saw the car come back up for sale like 5 years later and I tried to buy it back but it just never happened. :shake: I still keep my eyes out for it.

Do what you can to get it or you'll think about it forever, like me.... :depress:

Figure it out and get the car. I found my mustang after 5yrs on ebay, called the guy, was the person I sold it to and he only put 6k miles on the car. A few days later it was mine and will never be apart from me again.

I find my former cars in the Pic-A-Part yards. People must think there's a crazy person out there crying while looking at a wrecked/stripped car.
