Isn't about time for a meet?

Sounds like Sunday the 26th works for the most folks. I'll have to catch the next one.:depress: Everyone have fun! Slurp some suds for me!

Just throwing this out there. Cruze ins and lunches are fine, but it isnt every day we can hit the dragstrip (Weather permitting of course)

BREMERTON RACEWAY:
March 26 Test & Tune Northwest Pro Street Association (NPSA) Meet #1

Pacific Raceways:
Mar 26 Sun Open Test N Tune Cash Bash - PR MC #2 - JR #1

Of the 2 Pacific Raceways is more central to everyone, but I am curiouse how the beast will do at Bremerton. From what I remember, the farther down the track you get, the steeper it goes down hill. Might be worth a tenth of a second if the track prep is right. :)

Either way, need to get Mrs T's car down the track to see how much she picked up over stock. :D

I should be able to make it next Sunday for a couple hours (either Pacific Raceway or XXX).

That could be a big maybe.
Maybe with a chance of yes?

For those who do not want to flog their cars, spectatorship is fun too. ;)

Ditto for me too on Sunday the 26th, although I just made a couple of hits a few weeks ago at the track, thus I would prefer the XXX cruise at this point. Besides, the track just opened and we have all summer.

P.S. I like the Stang Ryan!!

Track opens at 8, racing starts at 9. The track opens up early enough that I am thinking of making a couple of runs AND lunch at the XXX. :)
It's only 1/2 hour drive from the track to the XXX.

Looks Like maybe I will make a meet this time around  for a change
Not sure if my car is up to making runs at the track but I would like to watch. How many are thinking of going to the track first?

im in for both run and food.
what does it cost to race and/or watch at pacific raceways?

So rain or shine? At least for the XXX root beer part? what time? I know I started this but someone make the pronouncement.
By the way, on Saturday I was polishing the M. in a local park parking lot. You wouldn't believe how many people came up and said "nice car" and asked questions. I had to retreat to my parkade so I could finish.

Gates Open: 8am
Racing: 9am-5pm
Pacific Raceways Accepts Visa, MC, Cash and Checks (must have Valid NHRA Membership Number to write a check)
Spectators:
Adults: $10.00
Children (Ages 7-14): $4.00
Children (Ages 6 and under): Free
Senior, Military and Students (with proper ID) receive two spectator entries for the price of one Racer:
Car & Driver: $25.00 (Some classes more)
Competition Number (required to race): $10.00 (one time yearly fee)

If you have previously run this year and already have a competition # then the entry fee is a straight up $25.00 for our class....plus fuel costs to and from the track....plus an additional $10.00 if you bring the wifey.....plus another $20.00 for grub at XXX. See where I'm going with this. Trust me this is still cheaper than running a car in Super Pro!
