Girls Just Wanna Have Fun!
Jim's sister, Diana, reports that Jim died at his home on Sunday night, 11/21/21 noting " ...he had a number of medical issues but was enjoying life and looking forward to spending three months in Florida this winter. A recent surgery to repair a hernia left him very weak." Funeral arrangements are as follows:

Thursday, 12/9/21: Wake 3:00-6:00 pm at Kapinos-Mazur Funeral Home, Ludlow

Friday, 12/10/21: Funeral 10:00 am at St. Francis of Assisi Parish, Belchertown followed by
Burial in Hillcrest Cemetery, Springfield followed by
Funeral Luncheon at the Villa Rose in Ludlow

On a personal note, Jim will be remembered for his enthusiasm about all things Marauder especially MM.net club activities including Carlisle All Ford Nationals each June. His passion for the car and for participating to the fullest in club activities will be missed. RIP Jim.

Jim was from Springfield Mass., so assuming the funeral arrangements are in towns in that area if anyone can to attend.

Jim drove a Blue /Lt. Flint. He had some sort of automatic that you needed to shift by hand all the time. He was interested in drag racing and I believe that was the reason for the transmission he had. Also had a blower on it, but I can't remember if it was a Trilogy or an Eaton type.

He was a personable guy that brought good scotch to Carlisle every year he came. Last couple of times it was Johnny Walker Blue, fun times in the parking lot.

Sorry to hear of his passing. Blessing to his friends and family.

James had been on Facebook quite a bit the last 6 months, always a good guy, very nice and respectful. I did not know him personally, but he always was enthusiastic about his cars, the hellcat and his blue marauder were always the two cars he took pride in owning and talking about.
Wished I would have gotten to know him better.
God Speed Blues Brother

He was a riot, I had been facebook messaging with him for a while before woodward and thought he was some guy in his 40's. Yeah he loved that that manual valve body and the throttle. Jim drove with Bixby and I as passengers, once just once, I thought we were going to be goners in August lol. I'm glad he made it to Woodward this year it was good to see someone enjoying his retirement. RIP

Sad Passing Of Jim

Jim had two Blue's A Trilogy Marauder & 2017 Charger Hell Cat which he loved.:burn:
I talked to him many times on FB Live Chat,He will be greatly missed.:alone::alone:

This is taking so much by surprised. He was a gentle man and had with him really nice conversations about so many common interest. I will be missing him at Carlisle too. :bigcry::cry:

I'm still in disbelief, I talked to him 3 days before his passing. I'll miss the constant jokes and great conversations.
