Just checking in

Wanted to say hello to all my friends here, I check the forum a couple of times a year to see the posts. My 04 SB has been gone since like 2012 but of course I wish I still had it, I think it only had 18k miles on it when I sold it and I drive the hell out my new cars now! Driving a 19 Challenger Scat Pack Widebody today. Still remembering Maraudervilles in Orlando, St Louis and Charlotte but most of all the great folks from our North Texas group. I hope Maury and Pat and everyone else are doing ok and hope you all have a nice holiday season. Jim

Howdy. Maury passed August 1 2019 of complications with pneumonia . Pat is still around , but no longer drives his MM. Gave it to his son.

sad to hear about Maury, great guy. Sad to say the MMNTX is not as robust as it once was. I still have my 2004 Silver / Charcoal interior. Drives great, although a few age spots are showing.

I'm still here, alive but not kicking. Good to hear that you still think about us and the great times we shared.
Regards,
Pat

PS: Mr. Man keeps track of us, cause I don't remember so good.

Nice to here from one who remembers Charlotte MVVIII-- as one of the guys who ran that show it is nice to see once again such a person who recalls that event--it was the best of course am bias--LOL

Glad to see you checking in from time to time. That was me since I sold in 2011. Picked up a 2004 couple of months ago and visit frequently.

I've been considering a wide body myself... Big rebates on the Red Eye but can't bring myself to paying $80k for a Dodge.

Just sayin Hello . Sold out in 2015 but im still crankin Fo-Mo-Co products . I mis myh MM as well

Wow, I'm just seeing this and so sad to see that Maury is gone. Pat, are you still hanging out? How many of the original folks are still here? I miss those old Lufkin drag strip meets and cruise nights a few years ago. I've still got my 03. I bought and sold a SB 04 along the way.

Tom .... Marauderville 8 in Charlotte, NC was fantastic. Loved the hotel, the BBQ place, the Tilted Kilt, the NASCAR Hall of Fame, and Charlotte Motor Speedway (CMS). We had a great time .....

We have a couple 19 hellcats and im not impreased with them. For what they are I was very disappointed. I rather daily the marauder than the hell kitten any day.

Since I wrote that note I traded the Challenger on a Tahoe and recently bought a 74 VW bug to play with. Im sorry to hear about Maury, he was the leader of our merry band back in the day. Good to hear from you Pat!
