LCM getting ready to blow - who to buy from?

been away a while. is FBM still the guy to get an upgraded LCM from?
want no downtime, send mine back as core.
2004 CV Sport. Driven every night.
It wouldn't turn headlights on one night - for several switch tries.
Want to pro actively install a better unit.

Give it a tap or gently hit under the steering column close to the cap holders, that sometimes activates the internal relay.
 
Whatever you do chief, do not go to the dealer and get the recall fix. It's a hack-job at best and people have had issues. Jim (fastblackmerc) is still the man for this.

I've had a dozen recall letters to throw away!
I'll wait his reply.
