Lumpy idle

Just started today. My 03mm has a real lumpy idle after it warms up. Sounds like its cammed out but unfortunately it isn't. It rocks the car back and forth and even stalled on me twice sitting in traffic. Cruising it runs fine. Maybe the IAC is going? Or a small vacuum leak? No codes are being thrown. Factory tune.

Ordered a pcv valve from ford. Comes with the valve, hard plastic hose, and both rubber ends. $41.

Do you have the part number or links to where you ordered these parts? I have the same problem.
