Marauder for sale - for almost $70k

There's only one way I'd pay that much money for a Marauder - if it was Voodoo swapped or Predator swapped. Otherwise, get outta here with $70k
 
No, no, no guys...this is GREAT news! This means I can probably get around 15K for my 177,000 mile Marauder. It's almost completely original...:cool4:

You’ll never ever hear me poke fun at a high price. Not even puff puff pass high!

Just plain dumb for any owners who do so. It’s not like he’ll get even half that but I’d love to see it happen..

How much did that low mileage Marauder go for a few years ago? Like <1k mileage, all plastic wrapping and stuff still on it.. Thought it was a couple that was trying to sell it for original sticker price like $35k.

I never followed the sale so not sure what ended up being final price

Also this was on eBay not this site

That was the Marauder that the guy bought, drove home from the dealership, and immediately 'put it up on blocks' in his garage with a car cover....untouched for 16 years.
I don't think he even got MSRP for it.
Sold it too soon for any big coin.

Yup this was the one I was thinking about. I agree.. Went to the auction way too early.

Still, $70k for an unblemished Mercury Marauder will sell for the price one is willing to pay for it. I wouldn't pay that much, but that's just me
 
the exact car in this article has been for sale for at least half a decade, if not more. I immediately recognize all those photos.
 
I don't think a nice 427 Marauder would fetch that kind of money these days. I know a rough one wouldn't bring 60 not long ago.

It will be good for me if he gets half of what he is asking for. Mine is in the same condition w/moonroof and no license plate holes in the front bumper and 7200 mi.
 
Ha Ha! (I quietly laugh as I raise the insurance valuation for my car...)

With mothballed cars like this, I'd likely pay msrp, but over that? Not me, son!
