Until today, I though I'd seen it all.

Get an eye full of this Marauder engine that threw all eight rods, cracked the block, and baked the crankshaft.

The top end look flawless, inexplicable.

I just watched that Marauder engine teardown video yesterday and was wondering if someone was going to post up the link!

When he pulled the heads and I saw ALL four pistons at TDC....I was like WTF!??

I thought that 04s had 9 thread plugs. Are there external markings that tell if heads have 4 or 9 threads?

The last two letters of the casting# on the head will be DB or DC if they are 9 thread & in my experience working on these cars they showed up on the later 04's.

I was just about to post this same video on the site. Glad I looked around first. Most blown up engine the recycler has ever seen ! That’s saying a lot. I’d love to know what really happened to it.
