Molding around windows.. comes in black?

I believe a FULL BLACK marauder looks better then that stupid chrome molding... the previous owner felt the same way. how do you paint the molding, that STICKS TO THE CHROME! because mine looks nasty and is chipping off...

any ideas?

Some covered the chrome moldings with black tape.

Black tape is you best bet, I think 3-M makes it? Any Auto store should be able to help you find it.

One brand calls it "Blackout Tape" and can be found at Autozone.

i'm torn as it looks killer on the blackhawk (pre-marauder) but i like the way the polished rims play off the chrome trim.
