Make up your mind..

can you not read, or are you just bad at understanding?

1. You are behind a someone and they see your car and on their own decide to think you are a LEO. That's pretty funny because you're just mindin your own business

2. You get up behind someone and decide to try to flicker your lights at them, deliberatly trying to not only have them think you're a LEO but making them think they are getting pulled over...

that wasn't clear to you?

Having a bad day?

No having a good day, getting in some new tips, my scan gauge came yesterday, getting a ford GT fuel pump and going in soon for some more power, my grant from law school cleared and I'm getting sent the difference.

So no it's a good day today ;)

Say what you want, think what you want. I'm not stopping. As a very few of you admit "we were all young once." You can't spend your whole life at 55 or 65 depending on the state. Well if you can honestly say you have never done anything fun that you would look back on later in life and say "That was stupid."

Fun and Felony are two different things.

Yes I'm sure many here have stories to tell from a younger age. But there's a big difference in how they are told. Many people reminisce of stories like that and look back as you say, going "Wow, that was stupid." Then they move on.

You on the otherhand are glorifying these things, offering them up as badges of honor and pride, and openly stating you intend to do them again.

So before you rag on others, realize that your idea of telling "stupid incident" stories and others aren't really meshing - big difference looking back going "wow that dumb I'm glad I made it out, atleast I can laugh a bit now" and "wow that dumb, but funny, lets do it again!"

Just my $0.02.

Youthful Indiscretion, etc.

I think there is a major difference between (A) being young and doing things you end up regretting later; and (B) being young and doing things you already know you'll later regard as foolish.

Every foolish thing I did when I was young was something I was absolutely convinced I'd later look back on with pride. But I was wrong. If you're starting to be able to see far enough down the road of like to already know you'll later regard something as foolish ... well, then, don't do it. This means you're gaining maturity.

Okay, back on topic: The most crazy thing I ever did regarding my Marauder was not to haggle over the price. I had no idea how steeply the "new" 2003s were being discounted (in August 2003), so I thought I was getting a good deal on mine, which had 6500 miles on it. I paid about $3000 too much, I think.:bigcry:

That, and not snagging a blue one.

Tsk tsk, Dominick...Why do you want to stir up a sleepy nest of bees?

Guys...I think you have been "had", I doubt this is a real story to begin with. And I know enough of Dominick to imagine him sitting back with a chuckle and saying to himself..."Hehehe, watch this".

Carry on, gents...

All true my friends. I've always been the Black Sheep around here. Ok I'll think of something nice to say later. I'm only doing this because I ticked off more people then I thought I would. Now I gotta make everyone happy again. Oh and yea I know I'm a loser... I don't have a blower yet! :P

I disagree. I say this kid's exactly the dipsh!t Mr. Carlson said he is.

"Sleepy Nest of Bees"? Never, ever, seen one of those.

Yeah man I must say Its not the best idea of beating on your marauder with 3 bad cylinders. Better get your check book ready to buy a engine. That is stupid. But I must say I have pulled over my buddy driving by my house. But that was in a subdivision. Your daddy must have bought your car. Cause I think if you are paying for it you wouldn't be driving it like that.

If you really read this read, you would see this was before any engine issues.

Well, yeah, he eventually explains it.

But message #2 in this thread brings up the subject of the 3 bad cylinders, and in his reply (#3), Motorhead350 says nothing about it. Again, message #8 brings up the subject of doing this with a bad motor, and in #9, Motorhead350 replies, but doesn't clear up the chronology.

It isn't until post #12 that we learn that this all happened "a few summers ago."

See, if I were making this post, I would have started it off with: A few summers ago, I ...
