Name that random, disconnected part...

Found this at the back of the headlight compartment when I removed the air box... A Google search for the numbers on it didn't turn anything up. Looks to me like it should be screwed down somewhere and have another hose coming out of it.

It screws in near the radiator support IIRC close to where it's stuffed in the pic. Kind of just across from the pump. Looks like someone dropped the screw and said forgetaboutit.
