Got the car back today. Very happy with the sound except for the raspy x pipe. They threw in the watts link as a wedding gift.

Did SW explain where the problems were and how they addressed them?
 
Not really they just said the x pipe was the problem. I'm guessing the jig they used was off. I was told all kits from here on out will fit fine.

Are they going to pull the kits in stock and fix them?

I'm sure they are. If they use them at all even. The new cat back kits are totally different now. They are made to clear a metco watts and widened wheels. The connection to the factory cats has also changed.
