Well... the 2001 Blue Beast bit it a few weeks ago. Oil pump failed. Some of you may have seen the post in the for sale section. Anyway, I got a sweet deal on a pair of Grand Marquis that I couldn't pass up. A white 1999 GS with 49,600 original miles and a wrecked 2006 LS with 160,000 miles. I'm using parts from the old 2001 to make the 2006 whole again and driving the 1999 GS in the mean time. I am in awe of how nice this car is!

Sweet! That MGM is clean. How bad is the 06? Some of the parts are not interchangeable from years 98-02, 03-05 and 06-11.
