I'm just curious how many original owners are still here. Guess I'll start,

Bought new 9/27/2002
I looked over 11 Marauders on the lot and still settled on one with imperfections.

The clearcoat was pitiful on all 11.
 
DPB #67 of 328 built 10 January 2003. Bought/In Service on 4 October 2003. Now has 94,060 miles. Retired from daily driver status on 2/20/2012.

New to this site,but I am the original owner....picked between 5 of em.2 ticked bAd and one had A few dings in the drivers side door.
 
Original here. Daddy would not let me buy a Caprice I saved up for with my own money, so he got me this.

219,000 miles, 12 years and a ton of parts later, I still have it.
 
Passed on the marauder in June of '02 when they arrived at the Dealership. They started a lite back in January of which I got my name on first:)

In June the price was what ever the sticker had printed on it, I walked away.

Bought one in September '02 for 4K less :up: Joined the board in Nov.'02 still here.

(MM.net started in March '02 IIRC)
 
In-service date April 2003. Just getting ready to pull the trigger on another 5 yr bumper to bumper FOMOCO warranty for $1900. Cheap insurance for those of us who can't or won't turn a wrench!
 
I bought my SB new on 6/20/2003. I was there when the truck rolled up at Art Hill Lincoln Mercury dealer in Merrillville, IN and claimed it right off the truck. I really did not want a black one so when I heard LM started to make Silver ones I did a search and found this one delivering in Indiana. No one at the dealership had seen a Silver one yet so everyone was coming over to look at it.

I finished the paperwork and I did leave it their after a test drive. I had them put the wing on the trunk and had them take it to ACS to have the Moonroof installed.

Car has given me a run for my money over the years but I still love it!
 
Bought mine in July 2003 and has been my daily driver ever since, unlike some garage queens. We never have snow, so it runs all year. 113K miles and still runs/looks new; no oil consumption or leaks:) People still approach and want to talk about the Marauder wherever I go.
 
Vegasmarauder was the original owner of mine and I know he's still a member here
