What about these? The flex plate and balancer?
Also what gaskets do I need to purchase? A new rear Main seal is one. Oil Pan is Two.
Front timing cover is 3.

What about the manifolds? Any others?
 
Here is my list:
intake manifold gasket
exhaust manifold gasket
timing cover gasket
oil pan gasket
Oil filter adapter gasket (precaution)
New motor mounts + trans mount (19 year old car change) Kit is same price as just the motor mounts

+ coolant crossover tube + oil pick up tube from old engine

Oil + filter
Coolant + distilled water

New Moter mounts
Someone mentioned flex plate and balancer. I massume those just need to be changed.
 
Cam cover gaskets with the spark plug seals.
New stainless exhaust manifold studs.
New crossover tube O rings.
Thermostat
Water pump gasket
Probably much cheaper to just buy a complete gasket set?

Honestly I wouldn’t bother with the mounts. They are quite robust.

Coolant crossover tube is two pieces. Put it in a vise and lightly heat as a helper, with gloves, twists and pulls it apart. There are 2 o-rings to replace there.

I'm pretty sure the fill plug is Size 015 O-Ring (1 req.)

Big o-rings are size 914 which is the same as -14 Male ORB fitting o-ring (4 req.)
