Pro Guard rear skid plate, is it worth it?

You are loosing existing bolts, sliding proguard in place and reinstalling bolts back to there original places.

I bought mine a couple of years ago, and I've noticed absolutely NO DIFFERENCE in the performance of the car or the sagging cover. I may try this weekend to get it out of the box and install it, see if that helps any.
yeah I to might get mine on this spring thats been in the box since last spring.

Mine has balloned out even with the proguard. I've had it on 2 MM's. Somethin about my 04's sags.

That's nice and I'll do that in addition to getting the pro guard which will help keep air and stress out of there.

I've got bumper sag under the taillights as well - have to do something about that too. Thanks for the threads.

ROFLMAO.... I have been reading these posts for years. I have a Proguard. Proguard has a value should you spend time lying under your Marauder embarrased that its butt hole is exposed. There is no provision to effect bumper cover sag, no effect on fuel mileage and with the exception of perhaps helping with median crossing excursions save your money.I have followed MM on the road course at Sebring at over 130MPH and have never seen the dredded bumper ballooning. Should you want one with value there is one listed on this site for $30 or so that has been engineered to work with brackets that WILL eliminate bumper sag, the real problem with the ass end of our MM. The Proguard does fit with the Obama admin policy of income redistribution, however. Dennis

did you ever do it?

I was told most of the rear bumper sag could be eliminated by taking up the slack in the fasteners .
I have both the top corners and the bottom ballon going on.

I dont have a proguard but i did do the sagging bumper fix as done on here and looks alot better than it did.maybe some day ill get a proguard though.
