Replacing window control panel

I found an 04 MM but the panel that has the controls for the windows, side mirrors, and lock/unlock is coming undone. I am trying to figure out what it would cost to replace it and can someone who is rather handy do this. I assume there are some tabs on the inside and one of them broke. I also assume the most difficult task would be to make sure the wires go back to the right switch.

Some other questions:
#1 What is this part called?
#2 Is the availability of one easily found? Maybe I can figure this out after knowing what it is called.

Try tascaparts.com or ebay, switch housing, cover
It's just a plate that slides in ,if you lift it straight up the tabs break. All the wiring stays on the switch module,no unwiring required

They are obsolete from Ford but there are some for sale listed on the Mercury Marauder Swap Meet Group on Facebook . $68.00 each plus shipping.

I see you are in Whitehall, neighbor. I can't say that I have ever seen a Marauder around the lehigh valley. Are you still around here?

What I mean by "I found" is that one is for sale with that issue. I was just curious about cost and repair.

The cost for the part (new switch bezel) will be around $75. For someone who knows what they're doing, probably take 30 mins to swap out. Or you can just buy some double-sided tape and tape it down, which is exactly what the *****bag did to my MM when I had a window regulator replaced. That f-er broke the tab and taped down the bezel to hide it; 7 months later the tape lost it's stickiness during the dog days of summer and revealed what that ***** had done.

Sorry for going on a "tangent rant"...lol.
