Rotor run out

I’ am wanting to check for rotor run out. It can be done easily with a dial indicator. The front rotors are easy to check they spin freely. The rear rotors are more difficult because the rotors don’t spin freely for obvious reasons. Does anyone know a easy way to check the rears ?

Put it in neutral on jack stands, keep one side tire on and have some one turn it. Switch and do other side
