Spark plug ejected

(360Marauder)
Driving down the interstate and I get a terrible misfire, appears my cylinder # 7 ejected the park plug and fried the ignition coil. I stopped at a parts store, replaced the plug and the coil and kept on down the road, until it happened again. I never had this issue with any of my fords and I've owned over 15. After research I guess this is fairly common.

It seems the best option for me is a Time Sert or Lock n Stitch spark plug repair kit. Unless someone has another option they can share with me that doesn't require pulling the head..

I was wondering if anyone has used these repair kits before?
If so, how well do they hold up?
And which exactly is the right kit for an '03 Marauder? (part # for the correct kit to buy)

I have used timeserts in some of my 2v truck engines, both 4.6 and 5.4 and they worked ok. Sometimes they try to come back out with the spark plug on a future tune-up. Never had to use one on the Marauders.

Ejected plug was the start of my woes that snowballed into trashed crank and gouged up cylinder. Better be 100 % no material gets down into the cyclinder and investigate why it might have happend.
