I've got a block of rooms at the Hampton Inn & Suites St Louis South that will be reserved for us up until April 1, 2022. As of that date the block will be off for others to get rooms we don't book. So book fairly quickly. I've got blocked 20 rooms for Friday and 20 rooms for Saturday. I hope we exceed that, by alot. The rates they gave us for the group are $129, per king/2 queen standard, per night, plus tax.


I've also reserved their big room downstairs for Saturday 3p-11p. That way we can get some food, drinks & play some LCR!


I hope to see everyone there! There's a lot of people I've yet to meet one here and hopefully that'll change by the end of April!


The phone number for the hotel is 314-894-1900. Tell them you are with the Mercury Marauder group for the rate!

The website stated only 2 more non-smoking rooms available for Thursday, Friday & Saturday.

Hi Mark. Just noticed your post. I live here in St Louis and can help with arrangements if needed. Several other Marauder owners here also. Who is already on the list to show up?

Saturday I brought the black beast out of its winter slumber. Oil change, inspection and installed another set of mufflers to sample. So far, I like these, will see if they're keepers after living with them for a while. Just needed a bath and it was ready to go. Drove to gas her up Tuesday on way to office. 40* ambient air temp. Got on 43 on ramp back to Elkhorn and tromped it. She wrecked that ramp! Exited the chute triple digits and shut it down… SWEET! What a blast! [emoji846][emoji1303][emoji846]

About 250 miles too far and gas $1.50/gal higher than I like to spend on such a long road trip. I've got plenty of things to spend $$$ on just to get my car back to what it used to be...
