That ticking noise question again!

I've driven the car several more times since the tick started and it only shows up after the car has warmed up fully and is at idle. Take the rpms up to 1100-1200 and it goes away.

Changing over to M1 0W-30 today and try that to see if it quiets the noise down or eliminates it.
 
I have a passenger side tick upon start up but quiets down after a few minutes and i can hardly hear it when its idling. But when i raise the idle to 1100-2000rpms, I can distinctly hear it. I was going to try some lucas oil stabilizer on my next oil change. Any thoughts?
