Think spring! Calling all cars in WA and PDX area!

Ok, so there aren't too many of us up here in the NW; but anyone wanna start throwing out ideas for a spring/summer meet? Last year I met up with quite a few Panther peeps from the Seattle area for a XXX Root Beer Run and the SVTOA show at Griots. Both were great turn outs and a blast with cool cars and great people.

So lets start a roll call here for anyone interested; and willing to drive somewhere for a get together. :beer:
 
The mustang roundup was a good show too later in summer, despite limited panther turnout.

I've always enjoyed a good cruise rather than a meet. The CVN Leavenworth cruise was fun. I was thinking maybe cruising out to ocean shores, maybe meet in Olympia cruise to OS take some pics by the ocean - food, then cruise back. Just an idea
 
been awhile since ive been back on here, man id better update some stuff here.

however, a cruise to OS sounds interesting.
maybe even a cruise to mt rainier?

maybe even Portland at Portland International Raceway?

mid or late summer? or earlier.
 
Anyone know if Griots is doing the SVTOA show again? That was a fun time too; although expensive:) Love that store...

PIR; if there was enough of us; I may be able to arrange something cool. Our service manager here is one of the track's biggest contributors for safety commitee, driving school instructor, etc. and we get along well so I could try to see if we could do a track day or something fun.

I'm not opposed to OS or anything like that...its fun to drive up and hang with y'all. We do have some crazy good micro breweries down here though too; just sayin:)

My only for sure weekend I know I can't do anything is April 26th. Getting married!

so if a wedding gift of say speed shine shows up ...lol

late june and after 4th july are usually best times, early meetsare usually closerto seattle seems.

early august might be a time for a more southern meet?
 
Anyone here been to LeMays? Driven by it but never been able to stop in. Doesn't look like SVTOA is doing a show at Griots again this year.

Following...last meet was 2008, and us Canucks came down to you. How about you come up to Mission Raceway? (on the NHRA list)
 
Americas Car Museum downtown is good for 2 hours plus of looking, the LeMay collection in Spanaway is actually bigger with more variety. Both very cool.
I am up for whatever, can't do Sundays though.
 
Awesome! We're gonna have a decent Panther turnout at this rate; especially for Marauders! We had about 7 or 8 total Panthers last year, with no Marauders.
