transmission fluid level question

hey guys, I need to pull out the trans dip stick tube from the transmission and disconnect the trans cooler lines from the transmission in order to back the tranny away from the block. the transmission is on a rolling transmission jack and is level…
any idea how much transmission fluid will come out ( if any) when I do the two items ?
