Weighted blanket

I got sucked in to purchasing a weighed blanket on line , was just intending to inquire but for 103 shipped I went for it.
I have heard tale they give you relief from stress/anxiety and insomnia .
I can post a link if I can figure out how.

For winter seasons they are extremely comfortable. You'll get some good deep sleep which i guess helps with anxiety and stress
