You should diagnose the problem first.
First you need to check the AC Compressor Relay in the box under the hood!!
Swap it with the horn relay and see what happens......it may just surprise ya as it did me a few years ago!!![]()

depress a schrader valve and see if freon is in it.
If not, the accumulator probably rotted out, or there is a hole in the condenser.
Did your problem start after the engine swap?
If the refrigerant is low enough the compressor will not come on.
