What did you do to your car today?

Got another BIG thumbs up from a new Shelby owner. That's like the fifth time in the last year alone! That means a lot when owners of a car worth three times or more gives that kind of respect.

Sweet. Keep us posted on the outcome.

Same black paint or a different shade of black?

DTR + 4.10's + Eaton swap = Wreeeeeeeeeeeeeeedom

After looking at a whole lot of paint samples, I wound up going with the same black. My second choice was the current black on new Lincolns. It has a lot of fine flake in it, but in the sun, it just looks a bit too gaudy. The plain black just looks the best and the meanest IMHO. Should look real nice when they get it done, and no more bubbling paint (that's why it had to go down to bare metal). I will post pictures when I get it back. Likely next week, I think.

Awesome man. I hope I turns out great. Judging by the picture. It's all under control.

I used the turtle wax black box, and it seemed to take away some of my ring worms lololol, really worked well for me.

A few years ago I made my own custom front and rear emblems. It was time for a repaint so I decided to try plasti-dip with glossifier instead. Gave me a chance to try out S55 on my reversing lights too. Came out alright. Looks good in the garage or in the shade. In the bright sun it looks more grey than black.

I SeaFoamed it and then drove like a bat out of hell.
Next up are my coil covers from Daniel at Colex along with new cops and plugs and fuel filter.
