What did you do to your car today?

Bought a battery relocation kit in preparation for the Eaton Swap.
And bought a set of Hi-Low HIDs in 6k. Only $107 for the kit and its NOT an eBay kit.

Hey Ryan -- going to Esta on the 17th. You up for it?

I got 6 quarts of Amsoil oil 3 quarts of 75w 110 gear oil and 2 cans of metal protect. Installed new PCV valve.

Got the car back from Mo's today. They installed:

  1. My set of shorty FRPP headers, high flow cats, and Mac Pro-Chamber mid-pipe hooked up to the balance of the stock exhaust system. (Netted and additional 27 rwhp and 38 ft lbs of rwtq.)
  2. C&L cast aluminum intake tube.
  3. Lo-Tek 3 gauge A pillar pod and gauges.
Pics to follow.

A big "thank you" to Jeff, Brandon, and of course Marty-O. :2thumbs:

I have to go again to the ford parts house because the upper sensors not fit and after check'em very well comparing with the used ones there's a tiny difference and other that was the part number wich was different, after that the mechanic will do a inyectors cleaning and a complete revision of all suspension, the Alternator was repaired due that it has a fail which cause the panther shut off during driving, by tomorrow saturday will be ready to start intimidating roads. :burnout:

nice! So how much power is she making now?

Mo's dyno gave a baseline reading substantially lower than my original dyno tune, which was 423 rwhp/411 rwtq vs Mo's 390 rwhp/390 rwtq.

After installation of the exahust system the car dyno'ed at 417/428 with only minimal changes to the fuel trim, which is a 27 hp and 38 ft lb increase over baseline.

If I add the deltas to my original numbers which were generated right after the blower install and tune, that puts me at 450 hp and 449 tq. If I ever get back up to DE, may get it re-run to confirm.

BTW, the car pulls noticeably stronger with the new exhaust, but is still very quiet.

Very nice Rex. I left mine in storage so I wouldn't have to put the snowtires back on it. May be out in May...

No work on the Marauder... The transmission went out in my Altima so in the process of replacing that.

Had the Jmod done, tcc/epc solenoids replaced, tailshaft gasket/seal/busing replaced, and rear diff pinion seal replacement.

Only been half throttle but it shifts a whole lot quicker.
