What did you do to your car today?

Farted around with the sticking rear caliper and found nothing unusual. Went for a long test ride and everything seems normal. Will do a hand test before getting on RT78 tomorrow morning and if everything checks out we'll go for it.

Took my circle D triple disc out of the box for inspection, this thing is built like a tank! the qaulity and workmanship is outstanding!

Traded in my 94 TBird LX (152,000 miles) for a 2010 Ford Explorer (22,000 miles).

Car looked good from the outside, but had a lot of mechanical issues, and I just couldn't see supporting a third "toy" along with my 03 TBird and 64 Galaxie.

Still, after owning her for 18 years, it was a tough thing to do.

Picked up a brand new OEM cruise control servo for my Lincoln Town Car for $50 on ebay. Installed in 10 minutes and works like a champ. I bet the dealer would have charged upwards of $700 for this repair. List price is over $500 for this part. Gotta love it.

Got my new spoiler from Sparta, looks real nice. Can't wait to get the rest of car back to snuff, so I can get her painted.

Cleaned bird crap off hood/roof....AGAIN! Also noticed paw prints from a cat on hood as well...I know which one it is and when I see it next to the road driving to/from my place, I goose the gas and make it run. One time, I stopped to let it cross the road in front of me...I let it get halfway across, and yep....:burn:

Edit: I miss having a garage!

Installed 5K 54 led bulbs in the front side markers. The led bulbs are a lot more noticible in daylight over the stock bulbs, not so much worried about brightness at night but I'll find that out sometime this week. I'll edit and update with pictures later tonight sometime.

Blew off the dust and drove it about three miles. LIKE. I. STOLE. IT!

Dang it is soooo easy to forget that kind of POWER after driving a loaded up E250 all week!
