What did you do to your car today?

Kitchen and bath too small, and only a 2 car garage? Da fuq? I figured you for a garage-dominium [emoji106]

Happy wife happy life, lol. We set up a tour of the house next to this that was smaller with a garage that was a little bigger and noticed this one was for sale by owner. Older couple bumping 70 that were wanting to downsize and retire to Myrtle Beach SC. This place already had a fence for the dogs, they left a bunch of furniture and paid all closing costs and waited for us to sell ours. Couldn't pass it up. The home inspector said it was the most boring home inspection he's ever done because nothing was wrong. We love it. 6 adults, 2 kids, 2 dogs, a cat, and a ferret spent the night and I didn't hear anything, it was glorious.

In all sincerity, it is a gorgeous house, and now that I have your address...... lol

Did you notice the cat poking it's head from out under the bed in pic #14?

Congrats on your purchase.

Yep I asked about that it, purely decorative. They opted to keep it since it required no litter box or food, lol.

Marauder Ownership Musings

Sept 1st - Starboard side windshield wiper came loose during heavy downpour. Waited until weather subsided and convenient exit to reset. Plastic locking clip came loose for some reason.

Sept 5th - Tire pressures adjusted and tires/wheels rotated. Chrome cap separated from one of the lug nuts - shades of my previous '88 Ranger as I bought at least a couple a year to replace those lugs with missing caps. Thinking I saw a couple still packaged in my garage somewhere recently.

September 6th - 'Check Fuel Filler Cap' lamp came on and stayed on - cap is as snug as ever. Battery Lamp flickered briefly - related to driving Marauder on the teeth chattering washboard roads around my daughter's home at the moment?

Car runs like a champ and is a true pleasure to drive.:)

Was bored, drank, played with fuel pumps.
If it worked great, if not I get to drink and work some more. *♂️

Repair Shop

Picked up my 'Grand Marquis' (according to the shop) today. Canister Purge Solenoid was the culprit for triggering the 'Fuel Cap' warning lamp, 'Check Engine' lamp and erratic idle. Car running well.:)

Unpacked moar stuff. Marauder parts boxes. That box on top, to the left of the Heineken, is an EGR that a really good man sent when I was trouble shooting codes. : )

Lol, deer was coincidence.

Wife's jkur. Had to run to the store, thought Id double back and check the mark. Bonus of living in an area where houses are few and far between.

First burnie attempt on the new setup. Still doing mild wot scans dialing it in. Buddy is helping me, he's way smarter then me lol. Scan shot during burnie.

No idea why it keeps loading images sideways.

MM didn’t start today, troubleshooted and it was the battery OEM. Battery was replaced in March 2015 and it died today. Too bad I couldn’t find the receipt, replaced with a new motorcraft 750. The sticker on the old battery said 10/14.

Where did you purchase the battery Gerry24? Perhaps your FLAPS could have looked it up for you... just a thought.
