Merrills Marauders, special operations unit in WW2 that is the precursor of the 75th Ranger Batallions. Amazing what these men did. Check Wikipedia.
 
My Screen Name is a Tribute to my two Favorite Mercury Products.

The 2003-2004 Marauder and the 1968-1969 Mercury Cyclone Fastback.

I'm just happy to have one of each. :D


Now if I can just find a 1969 Mercury Cyclone Spoiler II , I'd be set. :help:
 
Joe Mosely was a character in a movie called Roadside Prophets played by John Doe. And its way cooler than having Nole Quiring as a screen name.
 
On April 25th,1945 I made my first solo flight in a1940 Piper Cub Cruiser. When I starting needing a screen name " Cruiser" was always taken ----so I changed it to " Cruzer ". On April 25th this year I flew the very SAME Cub Cruiser celebrating a flying career covering 69 years and over 22,000 hours of flying. This was my 2012 Chevy Cruze ECO... averaged 43mpg with this car when it was tuned making 26psi on the stock turbo...

Loved mine too - a luxury car/truck with balls. Hard to find with the 5.9 now...

Last one I had was dropped with 10.5" tires on all four corners and addco sways front and back.

Also I did a selectable 2x4 / 4x4 transfer case. Would tease people in 2wd, than launch in 4wd and smoke em! Pulled 1.67 60ft's :)
