suggestion - ask an upholstery shop how much to repair what you have...then use that to compare to used seat prices.

I wouldn't try to dye a seat bottom a light color, it will scratch/rub off.

I’d clean and condition what you have, then have the foam repaired and the panel replaced, probably $500ish to do that

I checked around and was quoted $400 to $450 for seat bottom, top quality leather remake and dye match. With advance notice, 1 day service AND foam refill.

What condition is the leather in? If it's all dry rotted in the bag it ain't worth squat.
