Wife just spotted this black on Mill Plain in Vancouver

No, just the badge and not the trunk panel. The police trunk panel(rear fascia) is black plastic and not black painted like marauders, so it would be a duller black and not the full gloss black like his is. Also has the tinted reverse lens' so its just the police badge stuck onto a marauder fascia.
