I have a guy that can make reproduction window stickers

he has already made the template

here is info you will need

Price = $60 for two copies*

they will be slightly smaller then stock size

Info = options
Vin
Color
Anything that's an option
Selling dealer if you have it

if any interest I will put you in contact with him directly

What kind of paper is he printing them on? Would he just send the PDF and I can take it to Staples and have it made original size and laminated for that price.

I've gone through all the samples you provided as well as a couple I found on the web. I literally have one that is a 300b option car. And I only have 2004 model sample.

Could really use some more samples from you 2004 guys, as well as anyone who has a 300b option window sticker. Interestingly enough, the 2004 model I have is actually a 300a option.

As I've dug around a bit, it appears the 300a and 300b have the exact same items listed under the package. The difference is the items available under "optional equipment". Back to more study, fordnut you will have a revised proof in your email shortly.

I pulled a window sticker from the internet and it showed $1025 for the moonroof.

I have attached that window sticker image.

I'm exicted to see these are finally available thanks to the great research you guys have done. Emailed Richie to have mine done as well.

Why is it not possible to have them done in the original size though? Shouldn't that be a pretty straight forward process?

It is but it isn't. :-)

As it sits right now, these mail via a flat 10x13 envelope via usps. They fit on a 11x17 sheet of paper instead of scaling up to a 12x18 sheet. I've done mustang versions just like that for over ten years.

If I upsized I would have to go to an even bigger envelope. And an oversized print on a different printer (that I don't have) And usps would charge quite a bit more to send out due to size.

So I made the decision long ago to restrict to 11x17 size. It makes my workflow much easier, it's an insignificant difference (literally I'm prob the only one in the country that can tell a size difference), and it makes it less expensive for the customer.

I can get them done in original size I just need a high resolution picture from a new phone or digital camera.
