Your Marauder's Theme Song?

I also like the Imperial March.

Sopranos theme works well also.

Also count Back in Black. And TNT.

Then again, most recently what I like to hear in the stoplight derby is "He's a Pirate" from Pirates of the Caribbean

Several tunes by Disturbed fix a long day at work, especially "The Game"

Bionic Jive - "Ricochet"
Saliva - "Click Click Boom"
Sammy Hagar - "Heavy Metal"

(those last few not so much for lyrics but for sound)

Ok, there are about a hundred more. Too much good music out there to choose just one. Sue me. :D

"I'm the friendly stranger in the Black Sedan..."

"Won't you hop inside my car?"

When I had the 2003 Black "B" model, there was only one tune that meant Marauder to me -

"Vehicle" by the Ides of March.

'course, now that I got a Red One, the tune is "Red Barchetta" by Rush. :coolman:

My favorite song is:
"One of a Kind" by Breaking Benjamin
Hard to keep my foot of the GO peddle with that song.

When asking what's your Marauder's theme song, I suppose you mean what music I listen too the most while driving? That would be Count Basie's One O'Clock Jump. This is a dangerous tune when driving OTR, and if you don't watch yourself, it will have you cruising over 100 MPH in no time.
OK I never heard the Song so I had to go and Download it to see how dangerous it really is.

I hope you were Being Sarcastic when you said this song is "Dangerous"!! I Would Have to Agree Since Listening to it makes me Want to Drive 35MPH on the Freeway in the Left Lane with my Turn Signal on the Entire time!!!!

Now crusin song "Operation Mindcrime" Queensryche.

One man revolution workin overtime....

Music to speed by...

Has to be Spybreak! from the Propellerheads' album - Decksandrumsandrockandroll.

Everytime I put that on, I find myself dodging through traffic like I'm playing spyhunter and trying to avoid those sedans with the slice-n-dice hubcaps. In fact, I wish the Marauder had the oilslick or machine guns upgrades. :)

I don't know that song, but if it's too mellow for you, then it might have something to do with the fact that MAC is a number of years older than you are.

Mellow isnt the word, Its a Song that Soldiers from WW1 Would come home and dance with their wives to. I listened to it and Had Thoughts of a Old 1930's car pulling up and 4 Gangsters with Tommy Guns Stepping out of it!
There Must be a copy of this song in Every Lincoln Town Car in Florida.

Thats Only My Opinion. Some People Still think Macy Grey Is talented and that Jessica Simpson is Smart So To Each is Own!

Right now I'd have to say it's a toss up between these two Led Zeppelin songs-
"How Many More Times" and "The Rover" :burnout:

I must say from the posts I've seen, everyone has selected some good songs :beatnik:

"Drivin' Wheel" - Foghat.

I always seem to get the crappiest gas mileage every time this song plays. :D

"Powerful love, steady roll, move my body and it rock my soul.
Let me ride, let me slide, got that lovin' feelin', way down inside."

The Big Band era and swing music, was during and after WWII, the generation following Al Capone's days. Prohibition was 1929 to 1931, The Big Band era and swing music got it's start in late '39 and lasted almost to 1950. This genre has to appreciated for what it was. Big Bands were 25-30 musicians, sometime twice that, and maintaining syncopation is no easy task Talk about having to be on the same page!

Swing music was pumped up ballroom/dance music, much the same way today's club/dance music is pumped up disco. The last of the great bands to play swing and modern dance, MFSB, continued to produce and sell records through 1981
