Yes it will. But because the Grand Marquis Crown Victoria and Lincoln town car engine has lower compression you'll make less horsepower but yes it works and I've even done that for somebody before. Because your heads are aluminum you have to have them surfaced at a machine shop and then you'd need to head gaskets and two sets of head bolts in front timing cover gaskets things like that.
