Such a shame to see an veteran member of this forum leave, after something so silly. Before i leave...I want to thank all those that have appreciated what I've been here.
And Zack...you and I will never get along...but, I appreciate your honesty.
I have a feeling there will be more losses."Y'all tell me what you think. If the majority here feels I’m out of line being ticked-off...I’ll gladly be on my way."
I don't know who's 100% out of line or who's 100% right. I've been lucky enough over the years to have met and hung out with most of the "9" and TAF. Can't say enough nice things about all of them. I don't have a dog in this fight. I don't want you to leave, Todd. I want y'all all to work it out. If that can't happen- we've lost something here.:depress:
I may be going out on a limb, but here's the deal...
I'll buy MM.NET from the current 9 for the price they paid for it, in full by the end of the week. I'll correct the problems and get this train back on the tracks. I'll remove vendor fees, open the system up and run it all out of my pocket.
I'll leave a "tip" jar on the counter in case anyone feels the need.
You see, I made my first million by GIVING software away. It used to be called SHAREWARE. I never required anyone to pay anything. I encouraged everyone to give a copy to their friend. And you know what? It worked!
I'll make MM.NET Shareware. I'll make everyone happy again.
No hidden agendas, just friends.
You can PM me your offer.

Wow John, you just went way up in my book. You have made the classiest move I have ever seen on this site. I too would put something in your tip jar.I may be going out on a limb, but here's the deal...

Okay...I made it to page 4 of 8 before I had to reply to this thread.
Where to start???
First, from what I can tell, the new administration does not have a problem w/ TAF posting pictures. They DO have a problem when the pictures contain his company logo's and name. The simple solution, do not post pictures with these things.
Second, if Todd never posted his company or name, just said he was the "Exhaust Guy" would anyone know who Grand Muffler is? His name being posted IS advertising, wether it is intentional or not.
I do agree w/ the new admin. Todd's posting of pics THAT CONTAIN HIS COMPANY OR NAME should not occur unless he has a Vendor Status. It is simply not fair to the Supporting Vendors.

PS - Why are so many here who do not understand this the same one's who are not contributing members?
