Yes, I read in a previous post 20" wheels are needed.

With the BRG Motosports brake design, you use a custom brake hat and hanger. This allows use og Wilwood, Brembo and other 16" disc rotors.

Yes and no. My setup requires a 20" wheel. BRG Motorsports is planning a design for 17" wheels.

Purchase the BRG Racing brake hat kit and install the following:

or just buy the parts listed above.

well the two years are total different, 13-14 shelby calipers are not the same as 15 up shelby calipers......

According to KC, any Brembo 6 piston GT monoblock caliper canbe made to work on a 20" wheel with enough offset to clear the caliper. Tbe beaje design change to the hat and/or hanger is less of concern that wheel spoke clearance. If you wish, contact KC at kc@brgracing.com.

I do not know why thise calipers were chosen over all 2015. Perhaps KC provided what I needed and saved $. Email and ask him the particulars.

I have asked KC why the particular calipers were chosen. I will share his response. With the hat and hanger design completed, those who follow me will have an another big brake option.
