Gas prices in Shreveport, La area

Pat

Silverback
The price of regular gasoline around Shreveport/Bossier is $2.02 today. It may move lower as the week wears on.

Happy motoring,

Can't believe we are paying so much more in Tulsa Ok. Low price is $2.36 and a lot in $2.40s. Think they are telling us a big one about a refinery being down.:mad2:

$3.29 around here for regular unleaded. Refinery in Indiana went down for unscheduled "maintenance" which supplies much of the midwest. It's all BS. I'm really ticked about it. I follow barrel and gas prices every day.

2.44 for 87 octane in Ct, but a town away it;'s 2.99 ??

If I had your Ca prices the Marauder would be sold, or parked.

2.80 at QT yesterday. Damn card reader refused my price chopper discount card.
Stock market going in the dumps? Just great, goodbye 401k again

Remember, too, that petrol prices in Europe have ALWAYS been significantly higher than here.

When we were in Australia in 1991, gas here was 0.90 a gallon and over there it averaged 0.75 a litre.

Yes, I know Oz isn't in Europe...it was an example... :)

The cost of gas in Europe is the same. It's their Taxes that account for 2/3 of the final price to consumers that make the difference. The USA will eventually get there by implementing more and more Socialist programs that it can't afford without getting more money from the people. Gasoline, Booze, and Cigarettes are easy targets. As soon as the Government figures out how to tax Sex, we'll be paying for that too !!!

Sex is free? Wow, now I have to discuss with my wife about all those taxes I have been forced to pay over these 38 years.:D
