New Tint

What percent tint did you get installed?

It was replaced with the same percent used the first time, generally called Limo Tint. The front door windows are lighter. Originally all the side windows and rear windshield were the same but my wife got a ticket for tint on I-10 a little while after it was done and I had it replaced with a lighter, (legal) tint.

The old tint was in really bad shape and had been on quite a few years. The guy called to tell me it would probably ruin the defrost and my radio has the common problem with no reception so I told him to go ahead. It looks so much better now! I did try the defrost this morning when I worked off but it no longer works.

Yeah, my tint has been on since 05 and rear window is showing little tiny air bubbles. Needs to be redone but don't want to take a chance on ruining the strips, so it stays for now.

Forgot to mention new Audiophile radio installed and foam pad removed from top of sub. Noticed a big difference in sound quality and bass.

Have a new set that I'm applying multiple coats of automotive clear coat to.

The tint on my Dad 87 Cougar had rippled. We took it to the Tint Shop when it was right beside Taylor's House of colors and they said it would be @ $100-150 to take the tint off without damaging the lines. Were they full of methane or can it be done???

Re sealed my front right head light did some polishing scratch repair and rim cleaning in the near future installing aero turbine mufflers
